Scholarships at the University of Waterloo

As of now, there are over 250 undergraduate awards offered by the University of Waterloo, all of which can be viewed using their awards database: https://tinyurl.com/UofWAwards.

The University of Waterloo awards scholarships mid-May after receiving the students’ final grades from their respective secondary schools. At that point in time, the details are listed in the students’ Waterloo Quest accounts.

Scholarships vary from program to program, and it is encouraged that each distinct UofW student researches the awards offered by their specific program so they can be informed about any deadlines and how to best fund their education.

Scholarships are awarded based on personal and academic achievements, in addition to bursaries awarded according to financial need.
